Find the product or services you require, then head over to our contact page and let us know what you need and when you need it by. One of our team will get back to you (within opening hours) to assist you with your hire.
How much is postage?
Postage costs vary on the amount of equipment you hire. The postage cost will be for a roundtrip from our storage facility to you and back to us. To give you an idea of costs; 1 - 8 x Samsung Gear VR's will cost £50 for a roundtrip postage, 1 x HTC Vive headset will cost £65 for a roundtrip postage.
How do I receive and return the equipment?
When you place your order you give us a hire date. We will aim for the equipment to be with you that morning at the address you gave us. In the box will be a return label that you can stick on top of the box and take to a return point listed on the return label. If you would like the equipment collected from your delivery address, let us know and we will arrange a courier to collect the kit between the hours of 9am - 5pm weekdays only.
How long is a 1 day hire?
A 1 day hire is equal to 24 hours, so if you order the equipment for 1 day on the Monday, we will collect the equipment in the afternoon the following Tuesday.
Do you ship equipment outside of the UK?
Do you guys need a deposit?
Do I get any games with my Oculus Rift or HTC Vive hire?
We can supply licensed games and experiences with headsets upon request for which there is a charge.

If you receive the equipment and any element of it is broken you must contact us within 12 hours. If you damage, break or lose equipment you will be charged to replace that equipment.
